- Name of Property (doesn’t have to be official, whatever you call it)
- Address (we need to know where it is to bid it)
- Management Company (if any, who do we make the bid out for,)
- Description of Property (what is it, how many buildings etc, be as descriptive as possible)
- Any concerns you’ve been having (if you’ve had issues, let us know what they are, if it’s just general concern, let us know that too)
- Any special needs or requirements
- Number of stops per night/week you’d like (if you know). We can provide several options. Or ask us our recommendation based on your needs. FYI, we tend to suggest lower, not higher, especially to start.
